One way feed pawl so that your ammo belt locks in without falling out.

The feed pawl assembly located under the feed tray cover of the CRYO-LMG works as a one-way ratchet system. It grips the ammunition belt and pulls it forward into the weapon while stopping the belt from slipping backward during the cycling process, so your belts lock in without having to use two hand at the same time to feed and load. 
Function and Purpose:
  • Ratchet Action: Spring-loaded pawls move back and forth when the bolt and feed lever cycle.
  • One-Way Movement: They push over the links when moving backward and lock onto the metal links or rounds to pull the belt forward when moving forward.
  • Belt Holding: Fixed holding pawls on the feed tray prevent the belt from sliding back out of position when the feeding pawls reset.
